What a star Paul is. Reckon what he doesn't know about Jags isn't worth knowing. Mine was well i'll and despite frequent trips to a local garage it couldn't be mended (they advised scrapping it). Looked up specialist Jag places, read the reviews, and headed on over to Ultimate Cats. Glad I did, met v nice people, had reassuring chat from those who know exactly what they're talking about when it comes to all things Jag; and had car towed to them. The fault was found and fixed in a jiffy and they even brought it round to me while road testing it. And all for a reasonable price to boot. Can't recommend them more fully. I wont be going anywhere else from now on and will be recommending them to my friends who run Jags.

I have been using Jaguar Repairer, now Ultimate Cats, since I bought my first Jaguar in 1999 and wouldn't think of using anywhere else. They have always maintained my cars to a very high standard, whether it was for servicing, repair or diagnostics and truthfully if I didn't use them and had to use a main dealer, I probably wouldn't still be running my XJ Sovereign. I have complete trust in their ability and honesty, not something that can be said about all garages and workshops.

If you are looking for a Jaguar expert with many years experience this is the place to go to save your car, money and time. I was suffering with restricted performance problem with my Jag, I took my car to 2 local garages, which changed EGR Valves and Inlet Manifold both side but problem was still there. I paid them £1200 to take my car out from the garage and was so depressed. Then I found Paul, he said he will help me he booked me only to diagnose the car, after diagnostics he fixed my Jaguar within two hours, and he took from me only couple of hundred pounds. Highly recommended Jaguar specialist. My many thanks Paul to save my car and money.

Could not recommend these guys more! Whether you have a 5k jag or 100k jag (which also use them) you get an excellent level of service, would not take my car to anyone else - not even Jag! Paul cares a lot for the cars as if it is his own. Very honest in opinion - it's almost like being part of an enthusiast club and not a mainstream rip off. Do not hesitate - just go and see him even if it's just for advise and is always happy to help on the phone. You will certainly save a lot of money with him as well as come back with a wealth of experience and knowledge. I have now canceled my service plan with jag and will not go anywhere else. Moreover, saved hundreds of pounds on the work i have just had done.

Proprietor Paul is quite a character - but honest and straightforward. Certainly knows his Jags. Sorted out my jerky gearbox and saved me a lot of money as I feared I'd need a replacement. Also took care of a small scrape on side and very reasonable cost. Car runs beautifully now.
